What Is Relationship Counselling?
Counselling is a process which helps you to come to terms with a problem, with the ultimate aim of overcoming it. I specialise in helping with problems to do with relationships. That could be a marriage that has hit a rough patch, or perhaps a past relationship which ended badly and is still causing you pain.

I will work with you to help you to understand what has gone wrong, and to find a way past the problem. The four main types of counselling session which I offer are described below, but if you are dealing with something that doesn't fit neatly into one of these boxes, please do get in touch to discuss how I may be able to help.

About Me
I am a specialist relationship counsellor with extensive experience working with couples, military marriages, and historical domestic abuse.
My Approach
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to facilitate open and honest conversations about the difficulties in your relationship.
We will work together to understand the root cause of these difficulties, and I will offer tools to help you overcome them.
